About SideHustle PCs
Hi, I'm Richard — a developer and PC-building enthusiast who started assembling custom systems for friends on the side. What began as a hobby has grown into a focused custom PC service serving Isle of Man.
I believe in clean design, honest pricing, and machines built with the same care I'd use for myself. No upselling, no compromises on component quality or assembly standards.
Every build is tested thoroughly and treated as if it's going to someone I care about. That's the SideHustle commitment.
How the Build Process Works
1. You Customize & Pay
Select your components and customize exactly what you want. Once you've reviewed the build and placed payment, your order is locked in and we can begin sourcing parts.
2. Component Sourcing
We immediately begin sourcing your exact components from trusted suppliers. Typical overall lead time is 2-3 weeks from payment to delivery. If a component is out of stock or delayed, we'll email you with alternatives before purchasing any replacement parts.
3. Build & Assembly
Once all components arrive, we assemble your system with care — proper cable management, secure mounting, and thorough inspection. We install Windows 11 and all necessary drivers, then run full diagnostics to ensure stability.
4. Final Testing & Shipping
Your completed PC undergoes final stress testing and quality checks. Then we package it securely and deliver to your address on the Isle of Man at a time convenient for you.
Total Delivery Time: Typically 2-3 weeks from payment to your door.
Post-Delivery Support

About Your Specifications
Will I Get Exactly What I Ordered?
Yes. The specs you see during configuration are the exact parts that will be ordered and assembled. Every component is listed with its specific model number and specifications.
What If a Component Becomes Unavailable?
If a part goes out of stock after you've paid but before we place the supplier order, we'll contact you by email immediately with:
- An equivalent or better alternative (same price or less)
- The reason for the change and detailed specs comparison
- Your approval before we purchase anything
You can approve the alternative, request a different component, or request a full refund if the alternatives are not acceptable.
Can I Request Custom Specs Before Parts Are Ordered?
Absolutely. If you want to change your build before we source components, contact us immediately on the Thank You page. We'll make adjustments and update your total before ordering anything.
What About Component Compatibility?
Our builder confirms compatibility before allowing you to checkout. However, if any compatibility issues arise during assembly, we'll contact you to resolve them before proceeding — we don't make assumptions about your build.
