By accessing and using the SideHustle PCs website and ordering custom PC builds, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SideHustle PCs website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

8. Custom PC Builds - Specific Terms
Component Selection: You are responsible for selecting components that meet your needs. SideHustle PCs will confirm compatibility but cannot be held responsible for performance expectations not met.
Lead Time: Standard lead time is 2-3 weeks from payment to delivery. Rush orders may be available upon request.
Modifications After Order: Changes requested after order confirmation may incur additional costs or delays.
Warranty: All components carry manufacturer warranties. SideHustle PCs provides assembly labor warranty for 30 days from delivery. Component failures are covered under manufacturer warranty, not SideHustle PCs warranty.
9. Payment and Refunds
Payment is required before assembly begins. Refunds are available for cancellations made before assembly starts. Once assembly has begun, a 50% restocking fee applies.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
